The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation is on the rise probably sooner than expected due to pandemic. What do I mean by that? Well, we were forced to change how we do things due to the pandemic and limitation and strain placed on our economy and life as a whole. Although it’s been around for decades, automation isn’t born intelligent. It will only perform what we, humans, ask it to perform.
Increased Focus on Sustainability -
Will your product sustain outside pressures and stand to live the test of time? By determining the biggest risk for your products sustainability and preparing, your product has a better chance of lasting for the long haul. Revisiting this topic with your product can allow you to get a head of issues that may arise. Understanding risk doesn’t just happen from when you design your product. No, it also needs to be in the forefront throughout the life of your product.
Strengthen Relationships -
This is one of our favorites. Genesis Consults takes this as a priority. Everyone loves a good chicken sandwich. Heck, you have options: McDonalds, Burger King, or…. Chick-Fil-A. When we even mention the word Chick-Fil-A, we all know the reputation this product has… It’s “Always a pleasure.” This reputation and standard of consistency allows for this brand to rise above the rest! Be the “Chick-Fil-A.”
Increased Visibility -
Increased visibility allows you to understand the current conditions in the supply chain. Being transparent also helps. With more visibility in your supply chain, you can prevent minor issues, such as order errors or delivery delays, and respond to problems more quickly. Being able to access that kind of information quickly and easily is imperative to boost the efficiency, reliability, and resiliency of your entire supply chain and organization.
